MIT School of Distance Education (MITSDE) is an integral constituent of MAEER’s MIT Pune, established in the year 2008. MAEER’s MIT was founded in 1983 by Dr. Vishwanath D. Karad with the view of bringing excellence in education and innovation.
MIT is among the first in professional education, offering academic programs at more than 90 institutions and 5 universities across India. Drawing from the rich & long legacy of MAEER’s MIT, MITSDE – a distance learning centre, is born out of the need for upskilling in working professionals to create a strong workforce equipped with industry-ready skills and relevant knowledge.
